Le Mans Ultimate Car List: All Vehicles In The Official WEC Game

The Le Mans Ultimate car list aims to recreate the WEC experience as authentically as possible. Here are all the vehicles that feature in the official game of the World Endurance Championship.

 

Based on the engine of rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate will feature the 2023 World Endurance Championship at launch, with more content to be added post-launch. As a result, 12 cars spanning three classes are available for sim racers to take to any of the tracks the series ran in 2023.

 

While the GTE and LMP2 classes are either already not competing anymore or on the decline, the Hypercar class is enjoying great popularity among both fans and manufacturers. At the same time, first year that saw combined competition of LMH and LMDh cars brought no less than seven different Hypercars to the tracks. Four GTE vehicles and a sole LMP2 vehicle round out the 2023 grid.

Only one car is missing from this list at launch, that being the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 entered by Hendrick Motorsports as part of the Garage 56 Innovative class. The modified NASCAR vehicle was a one-off entry for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and will not be part of the initial car list.

 

 

 

 

Le Mans Ultimate Car List: Possible Additions

 

However, more vehicles could expand the Le Mans Ultimate car list. The 2024 season sees the GT3 class take over from GTE, with LMP2 cars only taking part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Meanwhile, new Hypercars will be on the grid in the guise of the Isotta Fraschini Tipo 6 LMH-C, the BMW M Hybrid V8, the Alpine A424 and the Lamborghini SC63.

 

Furthermore, historic content is also a possibility The World Championship has a rich history, including the former World Sportscar Championship. Group C, GT1, LMP900, Group 4 and 5 prototypes – there are countless exciting cars that sim racers would love to see on the Le Mans Ultimate car list.
